The author of the idea on Africa.org was Paweł Średziński - journalist, author of the project Solidarity with Africa. In the years 2002-2005 the president of the Solidarity association with Africa. He represented the Millenium Development Goals campaign as Ambassador of Development UNDP in Poland. One of the co-authors of the project is Mamadou Diouf, musician, Senegalese of origin.

Africa.org is a non-profit project. Its aim is to bring Africa closer to Poles and to integrate Africans in Poland.
