Erik Mathias von Nolcken (1694-1755), a Swedish diplomat.

In 1743, together with another diplomat Herman Cedercreut, he was sent to Russia to conduct peace talks. Thanks to the efforts of Noclen and Cerdercreuth, Sweden did not lose peace on the Åland Province of Nyland, even though the war was lost to the Crete.
