Lukasz Ryłko
Łukasz Ryłko (born in 1977 in Cracow) is a Polish engineer and graphic designer (with education) and illustrator, illustrator and comic book creator. Ryłko graduated from Cracow University of Technology and postgraduate studies in computer graphics at the AGH University of Science and Technology. His adventure with drawing began in elementary school, while his first serious steps were already in college in the academic newspaper "UJ Plus Ratio", for which he illustrated the texts.
In time, he started collaborating with Cracow publishers Greg and Skrzat. In the publishing house, Skrzat worked on richly illustrated children's books.
Through an Internet service, Retrost collaborated with the American 7th Voyage Production, for which he produced illustrations for classic SF novels such as Herbert G. Wells's Time Machine, Twenty Thousand Miles of Underwater Shipping, and Julius Verne's Robur Conqueror. He designed the cover of the Ghostly Nathaniel M. Bronx.
In 2005 and 2006, at the International Comic Book Festival in Lodz, the category of debutants received the third and first prize for the comic Kara and the Christmas Eve.
His most notable work has been the comic book Deadly Sins. These are 7 completely separate stories, but they create a coherent whole. The author uses many intertextual . The publisher of the comic is Kultura Gniewu.
