Redykołka
Redykołka - a type of cheese produced mainly in Podhale. "Younger sister" oscypek, often confused with him. Made from the remains of processed bundzu, remaining from the production of oscypek. Often in the shape of animals, heart pacemakers or spindles. Once popular as a gift, always given in pairs (2 pieces each) at the redeye.
