Tommaso Cirillo of Somma

Circello Tommaso, 9th Marquis of Somme (1737-1826) was an Italian eighteenth-century diplomat serving the Kingdom of Naples and Sicily.

Between 1786 and 1793 he was an ambassador in Paris.

In December 1791 the Swedish king Gustav III proposed that all the anti-French and anti-revolutionary coalitions withdraw their representatives from Paris. Di Stomma remained in it until the Jacobins unleashed terror.

In the years 1805-1815 he was the first Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Naples.
