Vanina Ickx
Vanina Ickx (born February 16, 1975 in Brussels) is a Belgian runner in car racing.
Daughter of former Formula One World Champion Jacky Ickx
She started her career in 1996. Since then, it has competed almost exclusively in terms of sports and tourism cars. Only in 2001 did she try her best in open class (in the US Formula 2000 series), but without much success.
Three times participated in the Paris Dakar Rally. She regularly competed in the 24-hour race on the Spa-Francorchamps track and also at the FIA World Prototype Championship.
In the years 2004-2005 she took part in the Belgian Touring Car Championship for the Mini-Cooper driver, where she won the Ladies Trophy.
In the 2006-2007 season, she performed in the DTM in the colors of Audi, where she usually ranks last in the race classification, occasionally losing out to the second woman in the series, Susie Stoddart.
Its best result at the DTM was the eleventh place achieved at Hockenheim in October 2006.
