Alternative constraint

Alternate squeeze (or "squeeze") is a variation of simple compulsion as a double compulsion. The following diagram explains this situation: ♠ A K D 3 ♥ K ♦ - ♣ - ♠ - ♠ - ♥ A ♥ - ♦ - ♦ A ♣ - ♣ - ♠ 5 4 ♥ 7 ♦ K ♣ A

In the example above, W has the ace (stop) of the hearts, and E a (stop) the diamond. Only one of the opponents is allowed to have a peak, so the threat in this color is not a double threat (ie, the condition for double compulsion has not been fulfilled). However, when a player plays an ace, regardless of who has four peaks, he will be forced to discard one spade to stop the ace of hearts or diamonds.

If W had four peaks, he would be forced, alternatively, if E had four peaks, then this player was set in a forced situation.
