Franciszek Roguszczak

In his youth he emigrated to Westphalia, where he worked in Polish companies and trade unions (ZZP). In 1918 he went to Upper Silesia. councilor in Katowice, member of the council of ZZP, co-created NSR and NPR in Silesia.

He cooperated with the Polish Plebiscite Committee. He participated in the III Silesian Uprising. After the division of Silesia in 1922 he was the head of the NDP in Katowice. In 1930 he was sent to the Silesian Parliament for a short period of time, and was elected deputy deputy of the NPR Chamber of Deputies. He did not enter the Silesian Parliament for the third term of office, once again mandated after his surrender by Jan Szulik.

In 1922 he was elected deputy to the Sejm, he was deputy chairman of the NDP and since 1927 he was chairman. The mandate of the deputy was also held in the Second and Third Sections of the Sejm (until 1935). After 1935 he withdrew from active political activity.
