Ali Šukrija alb. Ali Shukriu (born September 12, 1919 in Kosovska Mitrovica - died January 6, 2005), Yugoslavian politician from Kosovo, Albanian of origin.

He studied medicine and political science at the University of Belgrade. In 1937 he became involved in the communist movement. He has held many important positions in the leadership of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia and the Autonomous Region of Kosovo. In the years 1963-1967 he was Chairman of the Executive Council (Government) of Kosovo, and 1981-1982 the President of the Presidency of the Autonomous Region. From June 1984 he held the rotating presidency of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Union of Communists of Yugoslavia.
