Irena Nowacka
Irena Maria Nowacka (born 8 September 1950 in Turku) is a Polish politician, self-governor, teacher, deputy to Sejm I, II, III and IV term. Curriculum vitae
In 1984, she graduated from Polish Philology at the University of Lodz, then worked as a teacher in primary schools. From 1976 until its dissolution (1990) belonged to the Polish United Workers' Party. From 1988 to 1990 she was the first secretary of the PZPR Municipal Committee in Błaszki. In the years 1984-1990 she was the deputy commander of the Chorajska Sieradz Polish Scouting Association.
Since 1990 she has been active in the Social Democracy of the Republic of Poland and then in the Democratic Left Alliance. From 1991 to 2005, she served as deputy to Sejm I, II, III and IV from the districts of Sieradz: No. 6, No. 40 and No. 11 on behalf of the SLD. In 2005 she was unsuccessfully seeking re-election. In 2006, she was elected a councilor of the Lodz Sejmik from the list of the Left and the Democrats. In 2009 she was unsuccessfully candidate for the European Parliament on the SLD-UP list. In 2010, she effectively applied for re-election to the SLD parliament. In March 2014, she appeared in the SLD, and the next month she co-created the local council of the local council of the local council. She did not stand in the same year in the next election.
