The social welfare center is established on the basis of a resolution of the council of the municipality, which gives it a statute and transfers to the board certain property. The center, under the municipal strategy of solving social problems and carrying out the tasks of the municipality in this respect, is subject formally to the executive organ of the municipality (mayor, mayor or mayor). The head of the social assistance center may file a claim for maintenance on behalf of the citizen. Proceedings before the court apply the provisions of the prosecutor in civil proceedings respectively. The mayor (mayor, city president) grants the head of the social assistance center the authority to issue administrative decisions in individual social assistance matters belonging to the municipality.
