Tadeusz Lodziana

Tadeusz Lodziana (born November 27, 1920 in Borowa, died July 30, 2011 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki) - Polish sculptor, teacher.
Between 1937-1939 and 1941-1942 he studied at the Institute of Fine Arts in Lviv. After the war he continued his studies at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Sopot. In the years 1949-1950 he worked there as a junior assistant. In 1954 he graduated from the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and started working at the university. Between 1966-1969, 1972-1968 he was the Dean of the Sculpture Department. In the years 1968-1972 he was the rector of the university. In 1989 he was awarded the title of full professor.
He created monumental monuments, outdoor sculptures, chamber music and portraits.
