Chehryn (Chimney)

Czehryński Regiment (Чигиринський полк) - a unit of administrative and territorial division of the Hetmanate, existing between 1643-1714. Chehryn was the regimental town. Composition

This is the state of the Czehryński Regiment presented by the Cossacks in 1650 to King Jan Kazimierz in Warsaw, its size was defined in the Zborow Agreement.

The registry was set up at 40,000, according to the census presented by Bohdan Khmelnytsky through the deputies, there were about 41,000.
