Adam Adolf Saturday


Adam Adolf Saturday (August 14, 1888 in Polish Cerekwi near Koźle, died 1975 in Katowice) - Silesian political activist, deputy to the Sejm of Silesia (1922-1929). Curriculum vitae

After 1918 he organized the County People's Council in Koźle. As a representative of the Opole, he sent to the People's Council of Poznan. He participated in plebiscite activities in Upper Silesia, took part in Silesian uprisings.

He was a member of the Silesian Sejm (1922-1929) from the ChD list. In 1937 he joined the Workers' Party. During the occupation he maintained contact with the Polish underground in Upper Silesia.

After 1945 he worked in SP and SD. On behalf of the last organization, he sat on the board of Katowice and WRN. Bibliography
