BOY SP
Boja SP (Boja Flying, or the playful abbreviation of "Sunny Patrol"), so called. pamelka - rescue buoy, which is used by most Polish WOPR rescuers. It has not been included in bathing facilities regulations.
I'm afraid the SP is used when providing assistance from watercraft, wharves, to tow lengths, ie 2.5. In the case of the action at a greater distance from the shore, the buoy drawn after the rescuer does not impede his movements, it does not put much resistance during the wave. Thanks to its displacement it is possible to keep the drowning (or sinking of up to 5 people) on the surface of the water which greatly facilitates the towing of the drowning person. Handles all the way, allow for a firm grip when towing. During the action near the breakwater (hydrotechnical structures), it can be a "shield", protecting the rescuer against the impact of piles.
