Friedrich Albert von Zenker (born 13 March 1825 in Dresden, died June 13, 1898 in Gut Reppentin near Plau am See) is a German pathologist.
He was born in Dresden, studied in Leipzig and Heidelberg. From 1851 he worked at the Dresden City Hospital, and from 1855 he worked as a professor of pathological anatomy and general pathology at the surgical and medical academy in the city. From 1862 he was a professor of pathology and pharmacy in Erlangen. Three years earlier, he founded the Deutsches Archiv für klinische Medizin with Hübner von Ziemssen. In 1895 he retired. The discovery of the cause of trichinosis is attributed to him: he wrote about it in 1860 under the title "Ueber die Trichinenkrankheit des Menschen" in Virchow's Archiv.
