South Melbourne FC is an Australian football club based in Melbourne. It is the most awarded football team in the city in national competitions. The club was formed in 1959 by the merger of three other football teams: South Melbourne United (the oldest club founded in 1900), Yarra Park Aiantas and Hellenic. In the years 1977- 2004 the club participated in the NSL, then the team won, four times the title of country champion. He currently plays in the Victorian Premier League (VPL). The South Melbourne FC team was recognized by IFFHS as the best team in Oceania in the 20th century.

On February 12, 2007, South Melbourne FC revealed information about the possibility of acquiring a private investor to allow performances against Melbourne's A-League team after the expiration of the five-year exclusivity clause received by Melbourne Victory from Football Federation Australia. (FFA). As a result, another team from the same city could not be in the league. As part of the South Melbourne offer, the club was to be privatized and under Southern Cross FC. Eventually the club's offer was rejected by Football Federation Australia and in September the Melbourne A-League license was awarded to Melbourne Heart FC.

Construction of Établissements was usually undertaken by restaurateurs, winemakers and breweries. The success of shrines of this type in the 18th and 19th centuries was most influenced by the catastrophic hygiene of the then-present cities: overcrowding of urban areas (often confined to limited urban development), lack of sewage system (or inadequate condition)

In Wroclaw and around the peak period of such companies there were about 80 companies. Examples of Établissement were also Strzelnica or Resursa Kupiecka in Bydgoszcz.

In modern German the word Etablissement has changed its meaning and is rather a public house.
