Pancreatoduodenectomy (Whipple operation, Kausch-Whipple operation) - one of the most important and most complex surgery in pancreas surgery. This operation is performed in the treatment of tumors of pancreatic head tumors or infiltrates of malignant vessels and other structures near the pancreas.
