Voice of the Těšín region

The voice of the Cieszyn Region - a regional weekly published in 1965 in Cieszyn. He deals with a wide range of topics related to Cieszyn Silesia.

The title ceased to exist on September 1, 1976, mainly on the initiative of Józef Buziński, the first secretary of the PZPR Provincial Committee in Bielsko Biała and the head of his Apolonia Kuliga Secretariat. The cause was the desire to create one press title in the Bielsko-Biała voivodship at that time. As a result, the "Chronicle" weekly began to go out in the place of the Bielany "Beskid Chronicles" and "The Voice of the Cieszyn Region".

Immediately began efforts to reactivate "Voice". Eventually, on October 2, 1981, the newspaper started going out again.
