Aleksander Usakiewicz


Aleksander Usakiewicz (born April 19, 1943 in Bransk) is a Polish politician, engineer and member of parliament for the first term of office. Curriculum vitae

He graduated in 1968 from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznan University of Technology, then received his doctorate in technical sciences. In the first half of the 90s, he served as deputy governor of BiaƂystok. He was a member of the Sejm of the First Term of the Electoral Action of the Catholic Church. He belonged to the Christian-National Union. In the years 1998-2002 he sat in the Podlaskie Sejmik (he was chosen from the list of Solidarity Electoral Action), and he also held the position of Deputy Marshal in the Voivodship Board. In 2002 he did not take part in the elections. In 2003 he was appointed chairman of the Municipal Energy Company in Bialystok. He served this position until 2007. In 2006, he was unsuccessful in running for the local council of the Christian Movement. Bibliography
