Dialect of patués is used in the vicinity of the Benasque Valley, in the Spanish province of Huesca, in Aragon.
Dialects were used by Spanish writers Carmen Castán, José Antonio Saura and Chusé María Ferrer.
The number of people who speak the dialect varies between 1,000 and 2,500.
