Stanislaw Konarski (historian)


Stanislaw Konarski (born September 18, 1923, died July 30, 2007 in Warsaw) - Polish historian-varsavianist, doctor of humanities.

Graduates of junior high school. Nicholas Rey in Warsaw. During World War II he was a soldier of the Home Army. He participated in the Warsaw Uprising.

In the years 1967-1991 he served as deputy director of the Warsaw Museum. He was a co-worker of the Polish Biographical Dictionary and the President of the Polish-French Friendship Society. Author of publications on the history of Warsaw and Polish education. Selected publications Bibliography
