Clever (automotive)

CLEVER (Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transport) - a tricycle developed by the University of Bath in collaboration with BMW. Characteristic CLEVER is a prototype vehicle of small size designed to navigate large urban agglomerations. The tricycle design resembles the technical solutions used in the Dutch Carver and American VentureOne.

For the propulsion of the tricycle, a natural gas engine was used. In order to reduce the width of the vehicle in a two-passenger version to one meter, the driver's seat and the passenger seat are tandem.
