The Jackson-Weiss Band
Jackson-Weiss syndrome (JWS) - a rare, genetically conditioned syndrome of congenital abnormalities, associated with craniostenosis, cone, hypoplasia of the middle part of the face and feet defects. The short and wide first metatarsal bone, the malformed bones of the sternum, and the cricothyroid bone with the bone are radiologically indicated. The syndrome is caused by a mutation in the IgG domain of the fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGFR2) gene.
