Georg Hellat (born March 3, 1870 in Puka, Estonia, August 28, 1943 in Tallinn) was an Estonian architect after Estonia gained independence in 1918, one of the first Estonian architects in Estonia. From 1913 to 1915 he was active in Tallinn.

Georg Hellat was the author of numerous architectural projects, including his works. The building of the Estonian Association of Students (Eesti Üliõpilaste Seltsi May) in Dorpat built in 1902, combining art deco elements with national-romantic ornamentation and the building of Säde in Valga, was established between 1911 and 1913. Together with A. Jung, Hellat was also a co-architect of the first building of Endl Teater in Parnu, completed in 1911. This building, before being destroyed during World War II and finally demolished in 1961, was one of the most important examples of the Jugendstil architecture in Estonia.
