Symptom Goldflama - in a physical examination caused by hitting the fist of the tester in the back of the second open arms, applied in the area of ​​the spinal-ribbed angle. Correctly shaking this area does not cause pain. Occurring acute pain is a positive symptom of Goldflama and suggests acute inflammatory renal disease on the test side. The symptom was described as the first Polish neurologist Samuel Goldflam.

In Italy this test is called Giordano maneuver (owned by Giovanni manovra), and Murphy's punch, kidney punch in English.
