Michael Bennett
Michael Bennett (born April 8, 1943, 2 July 1987) is an American theater director, choreographer and dancer, Tony Award winner.
He started his career as a dancer. He worked with Stephen Sondheim. He created choreography for the Promises, Promises, Follies and Company musicals, but his greatest work was the Chorus Line artwork, which was produced between 1975 and 1990. He was a bisexual orientation. In his youth he was associated with Larry Fuller, also a dancer, choreographer and director. On December 4, 1976 he married Donna McKechna, a dancer, whom he divorced only three years later. Bennett's other partners were Gene Pruitt (with whom he remained until his death) and Sabine Cassel (for some time the wife of French actor Jean-Pierre Cassel). Authoritative control (person):
