Ukrainian Friends of Science, Literature and Art Association - a Ukrainian socio-cultural organization dedicated to the promotion of Ukrainian culture and its creators.

It was founded in Lvov in 1904 on the initiative of Mickey Hruszewski and Ivan Trus. The association was composed of Ukrainian scientists, journalists and artists from all over Ukraine. In 1905 the Society organized the All-Ukrainian Exhibition of Art and Industry in Lviv. Several books were published by the Society.

The President of the Society was Mickey Hrushevskyi, and the secretaries of Ivan Trush and Mychayo Moczulskyi.

The service ended with the outbreak of the First World War.
