Aggregation
Agrégation - in the French education system, agrégation is a recruitment competition for teachers and lecturers, especially in high schools, but also for some disciplines (law) at universities - properly: concours d'agrégation. The person who successfully passes the exam becomes a state official called in this case professeur agrégé and, under certain conditions, is guaranteed a teacher's job for the rest of his or her working life.
This competition is valid for Francophone countries; He is accused of separating the French education system from the possibility of international exchanges among scientific and pedagogical staff.
The etymology of agrégation, like the Polish aggregator, points to "the process of merging elements into a whole"; becoming part of a larger whole. The people who become agrégées de l'université as a result of the competition also become part of the university and the education system in general.
