Jan Slaski (philologist)


Jan Ludwik Slaski (born July 28, 1934 in Poznan) is a Polish historian of Polish literature, a professor at Warsaw University.

Curriculum vitae

It comes from the branch of the Pomeranian family of the Grzymala coat of arms. He was the son of Jan Slaski, the owner of the property of Trzebcz Szlachecki, the deputy and senator of the RP, murdered in Katyn.

He was an employee of the Institute of Polish Literature at the Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw, lecturer in Italy and Hungary. He works with the University of Venice. Co-founder and Honorary Member of the Italian-Polish Cultural Association in Veneto (www.poloniaveneto.it). Research works
