Johann Georg von Einsiedel (born December 18, 1730, Dresden, June 21, 1811, Rybarzowice) - a Saxon politician.

His father was Marshal Johann George von Einsiedel (1692-1760) and countess Eva Charlotte Friederike von Flemming's mother from the powerful Flemming family.

Johann Georg was serving in the Saxon court as a young man. He was in a diplomatic post in St. Petersburg in 1748, where he remained until 1762, and in 1763 he became a Saxon in London. In the years 1763-1766 he was Minister of War and Home Affairs, and therefore the most important Minister of Saxony. This position was called by the short-lived Elector of Saxony Fryderyk Krystian Wettyn. Bibliography
