Polish Classification of Buildings
Polish Classification of Buildings (PKOB) - a structured list of buildings, understood as the final product of construction, regardless of its organizational form.
This classification is used in statistics and records to ensure the uniformity of qualification and grouping of building information for planning, price-setting and research work on the tasks and effects of construction and assembly production.
The PKOB classification is based on the European Classification of Buildings (CC), as recommended by the United Nations. PKOB is consistent in terms of symbols and nomenclature with solutions adopted in CC; Accepts from the CC explanations of the scope of the individual classes.
The classification includes the relationships with classifications of the old classification system: National Economy Classification (KGN), Classification of Services (KU) and Classification of Fixed Assets (CRS). These relationships are:
