Ludwik Seidenman


Ludwik Seidenman (born 1906, 2003) is a lawyer, consul of the Republic of Poland in New York, son of Solomon.

He has been a lawyer at the Warsaw University since 1933, practicing law in Warsaw as an attorney. In 1939 he was arrested by the NKVD and imprisoned until 1941, when he started working at the Polish embassy in Kuybyshev. From April to July 1945 he served as consul of the Republic of Poland in New York.

After leaving politics, he devoted himself to working in the US Attorney's Office.

On May 3, 1984, he was decorated by the President of the Republic of Poland in exile with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polish Rebirth. Bibliography
