Neit (queen)

Neit - the wife of ancient Egyptian ruler Pepi II. She was the daughter of Pepi I and Anchnesmerire I, sister of Merenre I. Her husband Pepi II was also her half-brother. Their son was Merenre II.

After death, she was buried in Sakkara in her own burial complex at the pyramid of her husband next to the pyramids of his other two wives Udżepten and Iput.
