Lipice housing estate (Hrubieszów)

Lipice Housing Estate is a family estate located in the western part of the town of Hrubieszów, in the district of Sławęcin, on Grabowiecka Street. It includes the following streets: Świerkowa, Jodłowa, Lipowa and Dębowa, and two more are planned: Klonowa and Topolowa. It was built in the 1980s on the site of the former oak forest "Dębina".

The estate is characterized by continuous intensive development, many new buildings are built, the streets Lipowa and Świerkowa are covered with asphalt and sidewalks are built (EU funds). Since 2007, there is a grocery store in the estate, and since 2008 the mushroom house and wedding house.
