Marek Minda
Marek Stanisław Minda (born February 14, 1950 in Starachowice) - Polish surgeon and senator of the third term.
Graduate (1978) of the Medical Academy in Bialystok. Specializes in surgery and traumatology. Since graduation he has been working as a doctor in the Provincial Hospital in Łomża. In the second half of the 1980s he was the director of this facility. In 1990 he became the co-owner of "Bogmark", a company producing medical equipment. Include, among others to the Polish Society of Medicine and the Polish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
During the period of the Polish People's Republic, he was active in the Socialist Association of Polish Students and PZPR. From 1993 to 1997 he was the mandate of the third term senator from the Labor Union from the Łomża voivodship. In the municipal elections in 2010, he was on the 10th of January 2011 instead of Mieczysław Czerniawski, but he was exonerated by the administrative court decision because of the lack of the right to elect. In 2014, he ran unsuccessfully from the SLD Left List together with the Łomża Board. Bibliography
