Jan Buras
Jan Buras (born November 24, 1959) is a Polish Catholic priest, priest.
He graduated from the Higher Seminary in Przemysl, receiving a master's degree in moral theology (under the direction of Rev. Prof. Wit Witkowski) he wrote a dissertation on "Morality of Polish Society according to the writings of Joseph Weyssenhoff", defended at the Faculty of Theology in KUL 1985). He was ordained priest on June 24, 1985. Priest of the Diocese of Przemysl. He worked in the archdiocese of Lviv - he was pastor in Złocow in 1995-2003. He briefly returned to his mother's diocese. Chancellor of the Diocesan Curia in Lutsk and parish priest of the parish. St. Apostles Peter and Paul in 2003-2008. In addition, on 1 October 2004, he was appointed director of the Diocesan Museum in Luck, and on January 1, 2005, the Honorary Chaplain of the Lutheran Cathedral Chapter. Vicar General of the Lutheran Diocese (since 2007).
