KC and the Sunshine Band - an American group performing R & B, pop, rock, funk, dance and disco. Founded in 1973 in Miami. The group is known for such singles as "That's The Way (I Like It)" and "Shake Your Shake" (Shake Your Booty). Charlotte McKinnon (vocalist), Fermin Goytisolo (drummer), Rusty Hamilton III (keyboard player, Jeffery Reeves (guitarist), Steve Lashley (bass player), John Kenny Hamilton (saxophonist), Rick Benadetto (trumpeter) and Tim Pitchford (trombonist). The band recorded their first Do It Good LP in 1974. discography
