Leonard Bończa-Stępiński, owner Leonard Stępiński (born 31 October 1876 in Warsaw, died 21 August 1921 in Drohobycz) - Polish actor and educator.

Graduated from the Government Secondary School in Warsaw and the Leipzig Academy of Commerce. He also studied at the Drama School at the Warsaw Musical Society.

He has performed in theaters in Krakow, Poznań, Łódź and Warsaw.
