(7808) Bagould
<7808> Bagould - Asteroid belt asteroid group that circled the Sun in 4 years and 37 days in the mean distance of 2.56 AU. She was discovered on 5 April 1976 at the Félix Aguilera Observatory by Mario Cesco. The name of the asteroid comes from Benjamin Apthorpa Gould (1824-1896), founder of the Astronomical Journal (1849), first director of the Córdoba Observatory and initiator of astronomical and meteorological research in Argentina. Prior to naming, the asteroid had a temporary designation (7808) 1976 GL8.
