Dr Joakim Fredrik Preis (born 1667, died 1775) is a Swedish diplomat and university doctor.

When in the years 1689-1703 the Swedish resident in the Netherlands (The Hague) was Johan Palmquist, Preis was (from the beginning of 1703) his secretary.
