Martijn Association

Vereniging Martijn is a Dutch association aiming at lowering the age of sexuality and changing the social perception of pedophilia. Founded in Hoogeveen in 1982. The main activity of the group is the OK magazine, known to Martijn as 1987. By the day of the delegation it was one of the largest organizations of its kind in the world.

Martijn was expelled from the International Lesbian and Gay Association in 1994. Despite statements of opposition to rape and other sexual violence and recommendations to members of law enforcement, many controversies have been raised in the Netherlands. June 27, 2012 Dutch court based in Assen ruled that the association was illegal and ordered its immediate denunciation.
