Prefabricated Keramite walls
Prefabricated Keramite Walls - large-format wall elements made of Keramit concrete, the properties of which create a microclimate inside the building compared to brick buildings (masonry). Adjusted to the height of the floor are used for the construction of detached houses and larger buildings. Construction time and cost are much less than traditional construction.
The material makes it easy to form arches, bevels or holes of unusual shapes, leading to the abolition of architectural solutions. It accumulates heat, passes vapor, and provides fire resistance and sound absorption. Keramite walls are characterized by high durability of the material. This is caused by the microstructure of Keramite concrete.
The building of prefabricated clay walls is located on a foundation slab or a bench foundation. The finished elements are placed on a foundation plate, on a few centimeters of cement and then attached to it. They are connected by means of system locks. Connections are aligned with cement glue. After these treatments, wallpapers, glaze or paint can be laid on the inside surface of the walls.
