Significant intellectual disability (formerly idiotic, not used due to negative publicity) - psychological development of an adult at age 6. About 4-5 years of age noticeable delay of psychophysical development. These people can master self-service, while they can take care of their homework, but they are not capable of learning the profession. They may undertake non-qualification work.
