Franz Huber (born 23 August 1905, died 28 May 1947) is a Nazi criminal, member of the concentration camp of Mauthausen-Gusen and SS-Rottenführer.

Austrian of origin. Member of the Waffen-SS since September 1, 1944. Served as Blockführer in the Mauthausen-Hinterbrühl sub-camp from September 1944 to May 1945. During the march of the death of this sub-camp in April 1945, he shot nine prisoners of Polish and Russian nationality who did not keep up. by the evacuation column. Huber was convicted in the trial of Mauthausen-Gusen (US vs. Johann Altfuldisch and others) by the American Military Tribunal in Dachau for the death penalty.
