Lilija Fyodorovna Shevchenko (Russian: Лилия Фёдоровна Шевцова, born 7 October 1951, Lviv) is a Russian political scientist, deputy chairman of the Political Institutions Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Center in Moscow. In 1971 she graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 1976, she received her doctorate in the Academy of Social Sciences at the CPSU Central Committee.
