Pistolet Taurus PT-52
Taurus PT-52 - a Brazilian self-propelled gun designed for the US civilian market. First presented at the SHOT Show 1995 in Las Vegas. Taurus's offer was withdrawn for vague reasons in 1996.
The Taurus PT-52 was a self-propelled gun that operated on the principle of a free-throwing kick. Shock mechanism. The gun was equipped with an adjustable fuse (the left side of the lock) and a latch lock. The pistol frame is made of plastic called Zytel.
The Taurus PT-52 was offered in two versions. The PT-52S had a barrel of 114 mm in length and fixed sights. This version was mainly intended for recreation. The PT-52T had a barrel of 152 mm in length and a micrometric adjustable jig and was intended to be a cheap sports gun. Both versions were designed for beginners. Bibliography
