Riskware
Riskware - software that is not malignant, but because of its inability to use it can be dangerous to the user.
The best example is the VNC and NX family of programs for remote work on a computer. All you have to do is install the program on your computer and set it up with an easy-to-guess password or leave it blank. At this point, the hacker can very easily take control of such a computer, install viruses, trojans, backdoors, etc., and steal data or use the victim to attack other computers or send spam.
Increasingly, anti-virus programs report potential threats related to the use of riskware programs when trying to download such a program from the Internet or installing it on a computer.
