Tethered spinal cord syndrome - a rare neurological disorder that involves the limitation of spinal cord mobility within the spinal cord of the spinal cord. The most common cause is the thickening of the end thread of the core (fat tissue penetration). Can occur concurrently with congenital abnormalities of the spinal canal or independently. Initially, it is asymptomatic. In children growing up or in any age group developing obesity may cause clinical manifestation of defects.
