Franciszek Ksawery Jawdyński (born 2 December 1851 in Warsaw, died 21 January 1896) - Polish surgeon.
The son of Józef Jawdyński. He attended the Warsaw Gymnasium from 1864 to 1871, then studied at the medical department of the Imperial University of Warsaw. The diploma was awarded to cum eximia laude on October 23, 1876. He then worked as a surrogate assistant at the Hospital for the Infant Jesus and at St. John's Hospital. Spirit. From 1886 a self-help over-the-hospital assistant at the Transfiguration Hospital.
In December 1895, during surgery, he stabbed his finger and infected his gland. He died on January 21 the following year. He was buried at the Powązki Cemetery.
As one of the first to describe in 1888 the method of radical nodal lymph nodes operation, now known as the Crile operation or Jawdyns-Crile operation. Bibliography
